“Georgia came into my life at the moment where I really needed her. I knew it was time to change my mindset – to be more grateful/mindful, work on myself and also time to nourish my body from the inside out. Covid had a lot of changes that could be difficult to work through but this program was exactly what I needed. Georgia was/is a positive influence and is so great and teaches the daily habits to really focus. Through our bi-weekly calls, texts and even instagram quotes sent to each other – Georgia really helped me take a look inside and focus on the things that matter. She became the little voice in my head telling me to stop drinking Diet Coke (I’m addicted!) and to take a minute each day to journal. Through the program I’ve also really been able to see the difference in the foods I crave and require to nourish my soul. It’s hard to say on paper but this has been the best experience! I would recommend Georgia to EVERYONE.”

Read More About Me Here!“Georgia is the ultimate coach and accountability buddy. We would meet every two weeks to share what’s gone well over the last two weeks, and what’s not gone so well, and she would suggest an action plan of things I can start doing to help me close the gap between where I am and where I want to be. Having the accountability every two weeks, not to mention having her available just a text or email away if I needed encouragement or support, was huge for me. Having a coach and mentor who was neither a family member or friend, but just an objective third party who wanted the best for me, helped me start believing in myself.”
