Golden Pumpkin Spice Latte

breakfast drinks recipes Nov 16, 2019

Happy Sunday, everyone! In this week’s addition to 3 Morning Drinks to Fuel You Through Fall, I’m bringing you a classic pumpkin-y drink with a little twist. While pumpkin spice everything is all the rage these days, I wanted to combine this fall favorite with another one of my go-to drinks, golden milk.

The benefits of this turmeric-packed specialty are truly mind blowing, plus it tastes so nourishing and delicious, you’ll wish fall would stick around all year long.

Turmeric is one of the best additions to your daily morning drink thanks to its powerful medicinal properties. It’s filled with anti-inflammatory compounds and antioxidants that boost brain function, minimize joint pain, reduce cancer risk and even fight depression. For more ways to enjoy turmeric, check out my Golden Milk Oatmeal and Curry Chicken Salad recipes!

But don’t let forget about the pumpkin, of course. Not only is it the most festive ingredient in this and most any recipe, but it’s also packed with health benefits as well. Pumpkin is particularly rich in vitamin A and antioxidants to support your immune system, promote eye and heart health and ward off cancer.

Along with these ingredients, GoodMylks Co.’s Hemp Mylk is essential to this clean, nutritious latte that will fuel you up this season. Not only does this version include minimal, organic ingredients, but GoodMylk Co. also uses sustainable, waste-free packaging. So this is truly a morning routine that does good for you and the planet!

Once you’ve whip up one of these babies, go ahead and check out my Salted Maple Chia Latte as well, and keep an eye out next week for another festive way to fuel you through the chilly weather  .
