Raw Brownie Bites

If you’ve followed me for a while or simply look at the sweets I share on the blog, it’s no surprise that I’m a chocoholic. Rarely does a day go by that I don’t enjoy a nightly piece of Hu or Evolved Chocolate or reach for one of my own fudgey creations.

And though I enjoy whipping up a baked treat like blondies or brownies every now and then, I typically rely on no-bake energy balls or truffles to store in the freezer and grab on the go. They take no time to make and never fail to satisfy.

When I’m in need of some chocolate but don’t want to heat up the oven, these Raw Brownie Bites couldn’t be more perfect. Plus, they’re made with minimal, nutrient-dense ingredients to fuel you up any time of day.

I often rave about the incredible benefits of cacao, and I’ve finally found a brand that really lives up to the hype, Karen Berrios Superfoods. All of her products are the highest quality available and carefully crafted for optimal nutrition.

Cacao in general is loaded with polyphenols, an antioxidant great for anti-aging and heart health. Karen Berrios cacao is triple tested, screened for heavy metals and sourced from a single plantation to better monitor production.

Her cacao powder and cacao nibs are my favorite additions to healthy baked goods, and I highly encourage you to give them both a try (use code GOODNESSWITHG for 20% off)!

Along with these rockstar ingredients, I’ve added a bit of flaxseed meal which I always have hiding out in my pantry. Flaxseeds are a nutritional powerhouse due to their high level of Omega 3 fatty acids which can help reduce “bad” LDL cholesterol, heart disease and blood pressure. Plus, in clinical studies, they’ve also been seen to protect against cancer.

If the ingredients’ benefits alone aren’t convincing enough, I urge you to give these insanely delicious brownie bites a taste. They’re a chocolate lover’s dream to satisfy your sweet tooth with only the good stuff  .
